Descripiton：

Ray is an open-source framework developed by ray-project for scaling AI and Python applications. A security vulnerability exists in Ray, originating from a Local File Inclusion (LFI) vulnerability in the `/static/` directory. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to read any file on the server. This rule supports to defend the A6: Vulnerable and Outdated Components of OWASP Top 10 - 2021.
