Descripiton

Drupal is a set of free and open source content management system developed in PHP language maintained by the Drupal community. A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Drupal versions 8.0.0 through 8.3.4. The vulnerability stems from the fact that the PECL YAML parser does not handle PHP objects safely. A remote attacker could exploit the vulnerability to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service in the context of an affected application. This rule supports to defend the A6: Vulnerable and Outdated Components of OWASP Top 10 - 2021.
