Cross-site scripting(XSS) is a type of computer security vulnerability tipically found in Web application. XSS enables attackers to inject client-side scripts into Web pages viewed by other users. Timed Interactive Multimedia Extensions for HTML is known as 'HTML+TIME'. One of the features of 'HTML+TIME' is the ability to manipulate any attribute on an element via special control elements, which can be used by attackers to implement arbitrary code, example is shown in http://seclists.org/webappsec/2004/q1/328. This rule detects '<?import implementation=' in HTTP request. This rule supports to defend the A3: Injection of OWASP Top 10 - 2021.
