Description:		Masscan is an open source, high-speed port scanning tool that scans a wide range of IP addresses in a very short time, discovering hosts and open ports on the network. This rule is used to detect the scanning behavior of scanner Masscan.

Impact:		Attackers use scanners to scan targets, may find vulnerabilities in the target system, resulting in system information leakage, and then attack the system to obtain system permissions.
